Refund

We accept refunds for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Sale and discounted items are not eligible.

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Yes, you can request an exchange for a different size or product (subject to availability).

Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. However, we try to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number with you via email or SMS so you can track it easily.

Shipping & Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, sale or discounted products cannot be returned or refunded.

Payment

We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD).

No, we do not charge any additional fee for COD. You only pay the exact order amount shown at checkout.

No, there is no online payment option. You will only pay in cash when your order is delivered.
